The Public Information Officer (PIO) acts as the lead spokesperson and main media
contact for the Sheriff's Office. Originating and dissemination of press releases,
media requests for information and information on Sheriff's Office activities that
may be of public interest are some of the duties of the PIO. Randy Warren or a person
representing the unit is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for response to
media inquiries concerning the Sheriff's Office.
