Synopsis:Felma Spivey was last seen at his family home around 6:30 this evening. Family members say he appears to have walked away from the residence. Felma has issues with memory loss and often gets disoriented.
He is 5’10 140lbs. He is wearinga yellow-tan shirt, blue jeans pants and a blue Tampa Bay Lightning hat.
