Organizational Transformation –Structuring the agency’s management, personnel, and information systems to support community partnerships and proactive problem solving.

When you see a crime in progress or suspicious activity – call 911  

What information makes a good description?
1. Race 2. Gender 3. Height and weight
4. Age 5. Hair – length and color 6. Clothing description
7. Weapons, if any 8. Items being carried 9. Location of subject(s)
10. What is it they are doing 11. How many people are there 12. Direction of travel
13. Tattoos or marks 14. Transportation – vehicle or on foot. If it is a vehicle, try to get as much info as you can. i.e. make, model, color, tag, number of doors, any obvious damage.
