Prior to the copying and/or release of requested information, payment must be received, payable to the Manatee County Sheriff’s Office
in the form of a business check, cashier’s check, money order, or cash.
Business check will require the drivers license information of the person that signed the check.
As required by Florida law, records may be redacted to
remove any confidential or exempt information prior to release.

In those cases where a specific person or position must provide assistance, the hourly rate will be based upon that person’s actual compensation.
*** Fingerprint hours 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and is subject to personnel availability.
Fingerprint fee is for Sheriff’s Office fingerprinting service only and does not
include fees of any other agency or business (i.e. FDLE, FBI, etc.).
