Location: 4500 Block of 14th St. W., Bradenton (in the roadway)
At approximately 6:20 p.m. on Tuesday (3/8/22), deputies received calls for service regarding a vehicle traveling northbound on 14th St. W. that was firing rounds at another moving vehicle. Upon deputies’ arrival, the suspect vehicles had fled the area and multiple vehicle descriptions were provided to include a black Lexus, green Dodge Ram, and silver sedan as the vehicles that were possibly involved. At this time, it appears at least two vehicles were involved that were firing rounds at each other. A pickup truck also traveling northbound on 14th St. W. was struck with a single round. No one was injured or struck by the projectile.
