The Human Resources Director originates and leads Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, equality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and ongoing development of a superior workforce that meets or exceeds Agency position standards. Directs the pro-active recruitment, selection, and retention of employees while promoting equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. Plays a vital role in the achievement of the Agency's overall strategic goals.
