The Intelligence Unit is comprised of the following components--Analytical,
Technical Services, Organized Crime, Blue Lightning Strike Force and Crimestoppers.
This Unit has the tedious job of gathering intelligence data, developing, maintaining,
administering, interpreting and disseminating this information throughout the Division,
the Manatee County Sheriff's Office and other outside law enforcement agencies.
